End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee”) and Colllab Studio (“Licensor”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Colllab Studio fonts, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.
1. License Grant
Colllab Studio grants you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased font software under the terms of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
The Licensee may:
- Use the font for personal, commercial, and professional projects.
- Install and use the font on up to 5 devices within the same organization, unless additional licenses are purchased.
- Use the font in digital and print media, including websites, social media, branding, and advertising.
3.What You’re Not Allowed to Do
You may not:
✘ Share, resell, or redistribute the font files
✘ Modify the font files directly
✘ Upload the font to any online font generators or marketplaces
✘ Use the font for broadcast (TV, film, streaming) without an extended license
✘ Embed the font in editable templates (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express) without special permission
4. Ownership
Colllab Studio retains full ownership of the font files and all related intellectual property. Your license grants you the right to use the font, not claim it as your own.
5. Violations
If you break the rules (like reselling or sharing the font illegally), your license will be revoked, and we may pursue legal action.
