REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

1. Can I get a refund?

Because fonts are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a font is downloaded, there’s no way to return it. That said, your experience matters to us.

If you encounter one of the following:

  • You received the wrong file

  • The font doesn’t install properly

  • You accidentally purchased twice

Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll review the issue and, if it’s valid, offer a replacement or refund—no drama.

2. What if I made a mistake in my order?

Reach out. We know that mistakes happen (we’ve made a few ourselves). If your order hasn’t been downloaded yet or if you purchased the wrong product, we may be able to help sort it out.

3. I’m having technical issues with the font. What should I do?

Start by double-checking the installation guide on our FAQ page. If the problem persists, email us at contact@colllabstudio.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A screenshot of the issue (if possible)

  • Your operating system (Mac/Windows)

We’ll do our best to solve it quickly.

4. Can I exchange one font for another?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. But if you accidentally purchased the wrong font or need something specific, let us know—we might be able to offer a discount on a future purchase.
